First Tennessee recognizes valued customers, gives away iPod nanos

First Tennessee celebrated Customer Appreciation Month in November. Throughout the month, customers entered a prize drawing at each of the full-service financial centers in Knox, Blount, Hamblen and Jefferson counties. On Nov. 30, winners were drawn from thousands of entries, and 38 East Tennessee customers received a new iPod nano.

“Our promotion coincided with Thanksgiving and was a perfect time to thank our customers for making us the number one bank in Tennessee,” said Greg Wilson, president of First Tennessee, Maryville. “Acknowledging our customers and their choice to do business with First Tennessee is important to us.”

The lucky winners from the Blount County financial centers were; Bob Howard, Randy Jackson, Amanda Miller, Sheila Nash, Scott Poland, Mendi Smitherman, Sadhana Uddin and Michael Weems.

In late November, refreshments were also provided to personal banking customers in all area First Tennessee financial centers, and boxes of doughnuts were delivered to business customers throughout the month.
