Amid continued, strong growth, Impact Associates has restructured its organization, expanding the roles of key associates to recognize their important contributions to date, and to follow.
Dr. Adam Weilbaecher, Vice President of Quality and Operations, now oversees each of Impact’s four business units - Consulting, Assessment and Research, Training, and Strategic Events. He will direct project management activities, and maintain oversight of overall operations and quality. Dr. Weilbaecher joined Impact soon after the firm’s founding nearly 10 years ago. He holds a Ph.D. in industrial and applied psychology, and specializes in organizational assessment and evaluation.
Danielle Reeves has been promoted to Vice President of Finance and Administration. Her responsibilites now encompass financial management, marketing, information technology, and facilities management. She joined Impact in early 2008 as Finance Manager, and moved quickly to put in place systems enhancing financial management and process. Ms. Reeves has over 14 years’ experience in accounting, business management, business administration and IT support. She holds a B.S. in accounting, and is currently pursuing her M.B.A. at The University of Tennessee.
