Candy Bouquet celebrates with ribbon-cutting

It’s official: The ribbon has been cut at the Candy Bouquet and Teri Beal’s sweet business is officially launched. The ceremony, held on Nov. 19, was attended by family, friends, dignitaries and present and future customers. Beal began the Candy Bouquet after leaving a 13-year career in banking. She was looking, she said, for something that would give her more direct contact with customers.

Now Beal can help customers design just the right candy bouquet for celebratory occasions and works with customers to create handcrafted, personalized gifts for friends and family.

The Candy Bouquet, located in the Green Meadow Plaza on Louisville Road, offers an array of “delicious alternatives to flowers,” as its logo proclaims, in the form of hand-crafted bouquets and baskets of gourmet candies, chocolates, nuts and trail mix, balloons and other accessories. They can even create sugar-free bouquets for those with special dietary needs.Beal and her daughter, Samantha, create arrangements for as little as $20 and have a wide variety of holiday gifts.

For information, contact the Candy Bouquet at 865-983-8708 or visit 1895 Louisville Road in Alcoa.
