On Saturday, Aug. 23, Colonial Hills Nursing Center will be holding a bean luncheon, silent auction and musical entertainment rom 12 - 4 p.m., at Music Row, on 321 in Maryville.
Music will be provided by Higher Ground, The Moore Family and Phillip Barner. The bean luncheon will include beans and all the fixings. A fee of $5, payable at the door, will include lunch and the musical entertainment.
The silent auction will start at noon, with bidding to end at 3:30 p.m. Winners will be announced immediately after the auction. Some items available at the auction include food certificates, massage, manicures and vaious other items.
All money raised will go to support the Blount County Alzheimer’s Memory Walk in September. For information, call Amber Pilkey at 865-380-8648 or 865-237-4656.
