Heritage High annual tractor pull is Friday

Heritage High School’s agriculture class is planning a tractor pull at the school to benefit the department.

Agriculture teacher John Waters said the annual event is on Friday and Saturday, April 25-26, at the school at 6 p.m. All funds go to the Heritage High School Future Farmers of America.

Waters said his students didn’t want a conventional fundraiser. “They didn’t want to sell cookies, candy or peanuts,” he said. “They came up with this idea seven or eight years ago and so far its kept going.”
