The Primary Players Theater Group brought the quirky character of “James and the Giant Peach” to life recently when they performed their first play of 2008 at Maryville High School.
The Primary Players are a theater group with elementary-aged children as the principal actors and actresses. There is no fee paid to be a Primary Player, and the group does one play each year.
John Cherry is the director. Nikki Andrews, Susan Jones and Sonia Wendt are among the adult members. For information about the group, call 865-250-3276.
