The Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union announced the promotion of Heather McLain to branch manager of its new Alcoa branch. McLain started her career at the Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union in 1999 as a teller at the West Knoxville Branch. In 2006, she was promoted to assistant manager of the West Knoxville and Bearden branches.
“Heather has been a valuable asset to the credit union for almost nine years. The enthusiasm and confidence she brings to this new branch is immense,” said Glenn Siler, president and CEO.
Rebecca Pitner, the current Maryville branch manager, is retiring upon the relocation of the new branch to Alcoa. Pitner has worked at the credit union for 31 years and has been the Maryville branch manager for 17 years. “Heather will bring new ideas, excitement and a vast amount of knowledge to the new Alcoa Branch,” says Pitner. “Not only will the branch benefit from her presence, but the members will benefit from the quick and efficient manner in which they will be served.”
The new Alcoa branch is located at 1113 Hunters Crossing.
