The Blount County Republican Women’s Club gathered recently for a luncheon that featured good food, fellowship, fund raising and fashion. Susan Mills and her committee organized a show and luncheon that offered guests a look at what SteinMart buyers have selected for the fall season.
More than 120 men and women turned out to watch their friends take a turn on the runway, as models included local men and women showing off the latest fashions. Pam Viglione, agenda consultant with SteinMart, kept the dialogue lively as the models brought fall fashions to the forefront. Trends for the season, said Viglione, include lots of color, metallics, silvers and black, although gray, she said, is the season’s “new black.”
