Townsend Collins re-elected to board of directors

Townsend Collins, an industrial realtor with NAI Knoxville, Sharp and Koella, was re-elected to the board of directors of Areawide Development Corporation at its annual meeting.

Collins has 31 years of experience as an industrial realtor, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial real estate. A member of the Society of Industrial Realtors since 1980, Collins has served locally as the SOIR chapter president and district vice president and has been a member of the Knoxville Association of Realtors since 1974. He has also served on Knox County’s Advisory Board for industrial development, First Tennessee Bank’s Knoxville Advisory Board, the Salvation Army’s Knoxville Advisory Board, the Ijams Nature Center Advisory Board and is past president of Downtown Kiwanis in Knoxville.

He received his bachelor of arts degree from University of the South, Sewanee.
