Steve Johnson has joined First Tennessee’s Commercial Banking division as a relationship manager and vice president of residential construction and commercial real estate lending. He will work with commercial builders, home builders, and real estate developers.
“We are very glad to have Steve as part of our team,” said Greg Wilson, regional president. “His previous banking experience and knowledge of Blount County will be beneficial to us and our customers.”
Johnson was previously a client advisor with SunTrust. He is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a bachelors in engineering and holds a masters in business administration. He also has his Series 7 brokerage license and is a licensed insurance agent.
He and his wife, Christina, are proud parents of Hunter, Savannah and Spencer. He is a lifelong resident of Blount County and a member of Maryville First Baptist where he serves as a deacon and Sunday school teacher. Johnson serves on the board of Blount Habitat for Humanity and is active in coaching local youth sports.
