Celebrating their wedding

Miranda Ruth Talley was honored at a bridal shower on Sunday, Feb. 18, at the home of Connie and Lindsey Bales. Also hosting the event was Sandy Linginfelter of Louisville and Ginger Teague of Knoxville.

Miranda became the bride of Jimmy Reagan on March 9 in a private ceremony. Family and friends joined in celebration on March 10 with a reception at The Foundry on the Worlds Fair site in Knoxville. The couple then traveled to New England for their honeymoon.

The brides parents are Jennifer and David Talley. Her grandparents are Ben and Eleanor Greene, Cathy and Mike Talley, and the late Ruth and Runa White.

Jimmy is the son of Karen and Steve Reagan and the grandson of Meralene and Kenneth Johnson, John and Jean Law, and the late James Reagan.

Miranda is a 2003 graduate of Maryville High School and will graduate with honors from Maryville College in May with a degree in Childhood Development and Learning with Elementary Licensure and a minor in Spanish.

Jimmy graduated from Heritage High School in 1999. He received a Bachelors Degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee and completed coursework at Lincoln Memorial University for Elementary Education Licensure.

Both Miranda and Jimmy are employed by Maryville City Schools.
