Lady Aces claim pair of state crowns

The Knoxville Lady Aces 12-under softball team made it two-for-two in state championships recently. The Lady Aces won the National Softball Association A championship by defeating the Chattanooga Frost Falcons, 9-4, in the championship game earlier this month in Chattanooga. Last weekend, the Lady Aces added the SEAA state crown in Knoxville, sweeping the field with no losses.

The team will go for a third state title this weekend in Crossville before traveling to Rock Hill, S.C., July 21-29, to compete for the NSA World championship.
