The two were modeling for Krista Peterson, owner of White Lace and
Promises. They modeled last year, but this year, the runway was longer,
and they also were seen on the bridal shows version of a
"jumbo-tron." The huge screen allowed the
audience to see the gowns from all angles as the models walked to the
front of the stage.
The models got two quick rehearsals, and the crowd was almost tripled from last years show, but the two looked like pros on the runway, according to their friend Robin McDaniel.
"The crowd didnt seem to faze them" Robin said. "This years program was about twice as long and a little more complicated, but the two girls from Blount performed great. Kathy, who I call an ole pro, admitted she enjoys kicking it up on stage."
