Sausage Cups make a great breakfast or a good addition to a holiday brunch.

Sausage Cups

1 lb. sausage, mild or hot

1 package (16 oz.) won ton wrappers

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, schredded

1 cup Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 cup Ranch dressing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook sausage until browned. Drain. Spray mini-muffin tins with no-stick cooking spray. Put won ton wrappers in each mini-muffin tin to form a small cup. Mix sausage, cheeses and Ranch dressing together. Spoon mixture into each wrapper. Fill the won ton wrappers with sausage mixture, and bake for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
