Betty's Blueberry Salad
2 small packages grape Jell-O
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 small can crushed pineapple
Topping:
1 package (8 oz.)cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mix Jell-O with 2 cups boling water. Stir until dissolved. Add blueberry pie filling and crushed pineapple. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Let sit in refrigerator overnight to gel.
For topping, add all ingredients to a bowl, and blend well with wire whisk or mixer. Spread on top of gelled mixture.
