Class 1A
If Harriman and Midway win, then Harriman will host.
If Trousdale Co. and Gordonsville win, then Trousdale Co. will host.
If Collinwood and Wayne Co. win, then Collinwood will host.
If McKenzie and Lake Co. win, then McKenzie will host.
If Jackson Christian and Trinity Christian win, then Jackson Christian will host.

Class 2A
If Loudon and CAK win, then Loudon will host.
If Smith Co. and York win, then Smith Co. will host.
If Goodpasture and CPA win, then Goodpasture will host.
If Peabody wins, the winner of the Humboldt vs. Westview game will host. If Humboldt wins, they will host.

Class 3A
If Fulton and Austin-East win, then Fulton will host.
If Station Camp and White House win, then Station Camp will host.
If David Lipscomb and Giles County win, then David Lipscomb will host.
If Haywood wins, the winner of the Crockett Co. vs. Covington game will host. If Crockett Co. wins, they will host.

Class 4A
If Sullivan South and Tennessee win, then Sullivan South will host.
If Maryville and Knox. West win, then Maryville will host.
If Mt. Juliet and Clarksville win, then Mt. Juliet will host.
If Munford and Henry Co. win, then Munford will host.

Class 5A
If Antioch and Hendersonville win, then Antioch will host.
If Ridgeway and Bolton win, then Ridgeway will host.
