City attorney David Black said the three individuals are Dede Christopher, Teresa Horn and Fred Metz.

It includes age-related physical changes, declining perceptual skills, rules of the road, local driving problems and license renewal requirements.

In addition, Dustin Hatcher must register as sex offender and wear an ankle monitor for five months.
